As in preceding years, an attendance of approximately 400 participants from research and industry is expected. The conference will cover academic research, technology, equipment and industrial applications in the area of
micro- and nanotechnology. It will report on the progress in the underpinning consortia in the Netherlands and relate to interested industrial partners.
An extensive two day program is planned, with keynotes covering important trends, a five session parallel program, one hundred and twenty posters and tabletop presentations. All presentations and posters are in English. The conference will provide ample networking opportunities.
Tentative topics are:
- Microsystems: Lab-on-Chip, Sensors, Microfluidics, Microreactors,
- Filtration, Electronics
- Water & Food, Health & Safety and Risk
- Micro- and Nanotechnology Equipment: scientific and industrial
- Various combinations of NanoNed flagship programs
- Integrated sessions on nanotechnology, microsystems and (industrial) applications on selected topics: Fluidics, Lab-on-Chip, Instrumentation, Single-molecule Detection and Bionanoscience.
