2010 China International Micromachine/MEMS Expo

China International Micromachine/MEMS Expo & New Technology and Industrialization Forum is a professional exhibition held by Chinese Society of Micronano Technology associated with Chinese Association of Micronano Enterprises, Shanghai Micro-electromechanical System Research Institute, MEMS& NEMS Society of China, CIS, Micronano Producing Technology Society of China, CMES. It exhibits Micromachine/MEMS Research Devices and Micromachine/MEMS parts.

As the most professional, best-known, and most authoritative Micromachine/MEMS exhibition in China, Micromachine/MEMS CHINA 2009 has made marvelous achievement. Micromachine/MEMS CHINA 2009 has received international exhibitors from four oversea countries and regions, including Japan, Korea, Germany and America, 213 exhibitor institutions, 257 booths set up. The exhibition space amounts to 4,000㎡, and 3,776 audience have visited the exhibition, mainly focusing on semiconductor, automobiles, electronic manufacturing, micro-electronics, etc. International professional audience come from 17 countries and regions, especially some globally-renowned companies have sent delegations to visit our exhibition, such as Entel, STmicroelectronics, Hua Hong NEC, SONY, Toyota, BYD and Honda.

In the China International Micronano New Technology and Industrialization Forum held at the same time, 34 professors on powder field from five countries and regions gave 37 lectures on the latest development of Micromachine/MEMS. Altogether 375 people registered in the forum and 1,270 itinerant audience listened the reports.

Micromachine/MEMS CHINA 2010 has won convincing support from many enterprises. Freescale and  STmicroelectronics will be sponsors for this convention. They will bring the newest MEMS equipments and theme reports on the newest Micromachine/MEMS technology.

Micromachine/MEMS China International Micromachine/MEMS New Technology and Industrialization Forum will still be held during the exhibition. Prestigious professors and scholars from Chinese National Nano Center and Chinese Society of Micronano Technology, Freescale, STmicroelectronics and Intel (China) will discuss and address on the most recent research results on Micromachine/MEMS technology, and dissertations on the most advanced studying equipment will also be given by world-famous equipment suppliers.
